GDT Nature Photographer of the Year 2016

The award ceremony of the nature Photo Contest 'GDT Nature Photographer of the Year 2016' took place last weekend. Very glad that this image of barnacles, I made on my last trip to Finland/Norway in 2013, ended up with a 6th place in the category 'other animals'. Either my photography has almost entirely stopped for several years due to illness, turns out that I still can find images in my archive which appeal to the jury. Nevertheless, I hope that there will come more and more new images in my archive. ;)
My sincerest congratulations to the all-over-winner and therefore 'GDT Nature Photographer of the Year 2016' Andreas Geh and all the other winners with their beautiful images.
